This week I had a chance to visit Stuttgart – the Detroit of Europe!
Vienna is not a city for one day. A stroll in the gardens of the Schönbrunn palace is definitely worth two!
My trip to Prague was rather short. Probably it would be eclipsed by my earlier big trip!
This was a place that I had dreamt of visiting for quite a long time. A capital whose history is eponymous with wealth and power, a city whose name is synonymous with art divine, the unquestionable fashion capital of the world and a place renowned for its world famous cuisines. In almost every aspect Paris quenches the thirst of its ever growing visitors and admirers.
Würzburg is a place filled with some fine buildings. It’s a must see for people who love history and architecture.
Brussels was a simple city. I think its a must see for its old town part and the famous Atomium. I shall leave you with some pics from this nice place.
It is sad to note that the beautiful country of Holland has come to be popular for all wrong reasons. I would like to showcase the small cities of Amsterdam and Den Haag, and the village of Keukenhof as I saw it during my two day trip and hope, eventually, to set the right tone for this beautiful country.
How many days do you get to wake up in the morning and see a river flowing right beneath your window? How many times in a lifetime do you get to end your evening walk amidst a world wonder? Have you ever taken the road which “really” leads you to Rome? Italy gives you a chance to do all this and more!!
This was perhaps my shortest trip in recent time.
I am just back from a hectic day of touring Berlin (central area). I was so tired at the end of it all that I could barely move my legs to catch my return train. Yet here I am, a day later, trying to put into these few words what could, perhaps, be one of the most engrossing capital cities of the world!
