I’ve imagined this many a time, but thoughts are not close enough describe the feeling I’ve had over the past three days. We came to Swiss again at last! The turbulent personal situations we went through just about one year back only made the trip sweeter!
I never realized that even a weekend trip could refresh oneself so much. Now I understand why the Black Forest area stands out as one of Germany’s most favorite holiday spots!
Cologne is so far away from my place that not even a one way flight trip could gurantee that I visited all important places that the city had to offer
Yet I can vouch that the city seemed to be bubbling with tourists from various countries.
My house owner once told me that “if you haven’t seen Passau then you haven’t been to Germany yet“! After a day’s trip to this famous tourist spot, that is void of monumental attractions and offers a rather naturalistic beauty, I guess he couldn’t have been more right!
I am back from a great trip to Garmisch. The feeling is mixed as this was my first real trip with my son but it was rather too short – as always
!
I must admit I am not a big fan of Zoos! I think I have hardly been to just one or two of these in my life. But my recent visit to the Nürnberg Tiergarten was such simple fun I am wondering why I have skipped the visits to these wonderful places during all my earlier trips!
Giving a rating of one to ten for the most craziest things I’ve done till date, this one is sure up there. But somehow I can’t help but feel as fresh as a person being given a second chance to live!
This week I had a chance to visit Stuttgart – the Detroit of Europe!
Würzburg is a place filled with some fine buildings. It’s a must see for people who love history and architecture.
