I had real good fun at my home town, Chennai before I headed to spend three days with my sis, her hubby and her two kids in Manama, Bahrain and boy did I have some fun…

When one of my friends spoke of it as HUGE, I thought how big it could really be! I did not get to see trains running inside yet, but going by the likes of it there’s little to doubt the veracity of this info! Frankfurt airport is definitely humongous; and any comparisons to the “dingy” Chennai “International” airport can only be considered as lunacy…
Yesterday in India (Chennai) and today in Germany – the contrast couldn’t be more striking! Though I haven’t come to hate anything about my hometown, my comparisons could easily be comprehended as likely loathe for sweet old Madras)
The world keeps moving.
When I say moving, I don’t mean revolving or rotating around something. I mean moving as in travelling in a linear path. And when I say so, it is only logical that everything associated with the world does.
Anything from the dust to sand to worms to birds to animals, everything does; and so do the sun, the planets and the whole cosmos – whatever you see and don’t, whatever you want to see and you don’t wish to either.
It is something like a very big bus journey, only the destination is still way too far for numbers to hold (in terms of any unit)!
In a way, for us, the world is the center of the universe – no matter what science may suggest.
When we are in a journey what’s more fun than having a riot? Play games, and when the bus is this big, we have so many to meet, so much to do; the limits of time are bound to be squashed by the mere dimensions of the bus!

The adventure started even before the trip began with a nail biting finish by the guys to the platform just as the train started moving away. It was an awesome trip filled with loads of laughter, fun and some really good sight-seeing.
I came running onto the platform,
To embark on a magical journey
Through moving mountains, over rivers;
Through dark tunnels and black forests.
